Our Customer Service hours are 9am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday. Any enquires sent after these times, will be responded to when the Customer Service team are in.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note exchanges cannot be sent back for a refund afterwards. We try our best to process returns as quickly as we can, however please allow 7-10 working days to your return to be processed.
We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception. We must stick to the returns policy. We will not refund or exchange outside of this period, without exception. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number.
WE DO NOT REFUND THE 10% CHARITY DONATION ON ANY ORDERS.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you received them as we're unable to refund or exchange items that have been worn or washed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs will not be refunded either, unless the order is cancelled before it is dispatched.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the parcel is missing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
