Yes there is! We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 1st October and 24th December 2023 will be accepted until 31st January 2024.

Please note, any orders placed after 12pm on 17th December, won't be processed until our warehouse is back open after the festive season, on Wednesday 3rd January.

Every item at Big Wild Thought is embroidered in house, but this can mean a slight delay in delivery.

We try to make your order as soon as we can, but sometimes there can be a wait. Once your item is made, we check for quality.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

UK: Royal Mail 48 Delivery, 2-4 working days

EU: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, 3-5 working days

International: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, 5-10 working days

If you need to change your item or delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible, once your order has been packed, it will be too late to change.

Due to the amount of quality checking we do here at Big Wild Thought, it's rare to receive wrong items of clothing or missing items. However mistakes can happen and we would like the opportunity to resolve things as soon as possible.
